Healthy Futures goes to Puerto Rico!

Sarah Miller, Dr. Sayward Harrison, and collaborator Katie Green from Prisma Health Immunology traveled to beautiful Puerto Rico to attend the Continuum 2024 conference hosted by the International Association of Providers of AIDS Care (IAPAC). While at the conference, Sarah gave a poster presentation (“A Multi-Informant Qualitative Analysis of Desired Features for an mHealth Tool for Youth Living with HIV in South Carolina”) that described planning stages of MindBodyU—our new app designed to support youth living with HIV in South Carolina. Dr. Harrison gave a talk to present the first efficacy findings from a recent structural intervention to improve transportation vulnerability for people living with HIV. On their day off, they enjoyed exploring the beautiful coastline of Puerto Rico and trying lots of delicious seafood.
